Before joining Bequette and Billingsley, P.A. in 2016, he spent four years with a Little Rock civil defense firm, primarily handling insurance defense litigation.
Cody has experience in both state and federal courts.
Cody has briefed multiple cases before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis and has twice appeared for oral arguments.
Cody is active in the firm's representation of school clients across the state, routinely handling administrative hearings ranging from employment matters to special education.
