Services
The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals (one of the highest courts in the U.S.) has re-affirmed that Medicaid annuities are still a very important and powerful way to obtain Medicaid coverage for nursing home residents.

Peter G. Milne was born in Durant, Oklahoma in 1956.
His father, Peter G. Milne, Sr., was an petty officer in the U.S. Navy and after retiring, became a regional sales manager for a well known gift store.
His mother, Bonnie White, retired after a long and rewarding career as an elementary school teacher.
Mrs. White taught Peter and countless other children the joy of reading and the skills of comprehension and logical thought.
Upon graduation from high school, Peter followed his father's lead and enlisted in the U.S. Navy.
Kyrra Gaddis has been Mr. Milne's legal assistant since 2005 and assists in the practice areas of tax law, business law, probate, guardianship, elder law, estate planning and family law.
She's been a legal assistant and Paralegal for 25 years and has worked with other area attorneys who practice general and criminal defense law.
In her free time, Kyrra loves to either camp or to boat on one of the numerous lakes in area or to "hang out" in the backyard with the family eating anything that can be cooked on an outdoor grill.
