Zdarsky, Sawicki & Agostinelli LLP was founded in 1990 by Joseph E. Zdarsky, K. Michael Sawicki, Guy J. Agostinelli and Gerald T. Walsh, as the spinoff of the litigation practice group maintained by another firm.
A guiding purpose in the founding and operation of the firm has been to provide clients and referring lawyers with seasoned litigators experienced in complex matters, who are willing to provide the personal attention expected by business clients at reasonable billing rates.

Mr. Agostinelli is in charge the firm's transactional practice and has closed numerous corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions involving millions of dollars, Industrial Development Agency bond transactions, bank financing and development deals.
He also heads up the firm's Construction Law Practice, both contracts and litigation, representing developers, surety companies and several of the region's largest general contractors.
He was admitted to practice by the United States District Court, Western District of New York in 1981; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1989 and the United States Supreme Court in 1994.
Mr. Dudley is a partner whose practice encompasses a broad range of business and commercial matters, including litigation of business, insurance coverage and professional liability matters, contract negotiation and litigation, LLC and corporate formation and dispute resolution, and negotiation and litigation with respect to construction contract matters.
Mr. Dudley has successfully both prosecuted and defended serious personal injury lawsuits, including through jury trials and the appeal process.
Daniel J. Bobbett joined the firm in 2013, after completing law school.
Prior to graduating, Mr. Bobbett worked as a law clerk for a commercial law firm in Syracuse, N.Y., and for lawyers in London, England, as a summer clerk.
He is a cum laude graduate of Syracuse University Law School (2012), where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a magna cum laude graduate of Niagara University (2009).
Since joining the firm, he has worked on a wide variety of cases, including complex business litigation, both contract and tort, personal injury cases, both plaintiff and defense, and probate litigation.
