Mr. Will graduated from the University of Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1981 and was a Scholar-Athlete in basketball.
He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1985, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review in 1984 and 1985.
