His work experience at The Walthew Law Firm provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of both Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.

Workers' compensation benefits are available for people injured while working, including people who drive as part of their job.
When these injured workers suffer severe injuries in a work-related car accident, third-party compensation may be available through a personal injury claim against the third party that had a part in causing the accident whom now may be liable in addition to your entitled workers' comp benefits.
It is important to work with third-party accident attorneys experienced at handling both benefits claims and personal injury cases, in order to receive the maximum possible compensation for your injuries.
