Upon graduation from high school, he attended Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Economics.
In 1989, Brian graduated from the Rutgers School of Law-Newark and embarked on a career with some of the state's most highly regarded law firms, including Smith, Stratton Wise, Heher and Brennan of Princeton (now Stevens & Lee) and Harwood Lloyd of Hackensack as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Brian's work in private practice has related to commercial matters, including creditors' rights work, title litigation, transaction work, contract, health care law and commercial litigation.
