Rebecca A. Fleming is a native New Yorker.
She was born and raised on Long Island and is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland (B.A., 1996).
She relocated to Maryland in 1998 and obtained her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 2000), and was admitted to the Maryland Bar that same year.
Ms. Fleming is an experienced litigator, and although she focuses her litigation practice on Family Law, she also has experience in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense and general civil litigation.
