Samuel Roberti is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on the areas of business litigation, business law, long term disability, civil litigation, condemnation, wills & estates, and personal injury litigation. Samuel Roberti was born in Long Island, New York in 1951. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1975 and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and the US Court of Veterans' Appeals.

Experience: Sam Roberti, Senior Partner, founded the law firm in 1979 upon discharge as a Captain from the United States Air Force, where he was an assistant Judge Advocate General. He is Past-President and Board Member of the Durham Community Guidance Clinic, Past Board Member of Downtown Durham, Inc., Past Member of the Faculty at Duke Law School, a guest lecturer at UNC Chapel Hill Law School, and a presenter at various educational seminars in the area of estate litigation.
