Whatever your reason for needing assistance, I am here to educate you about how the process works and what an experienced social security disability attorney (like myself) can do for you. Services
Since being licensed to practice law in 1976, I have represented hundreds of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants before the Social Security Administration.
Because I understand how the system works, what evidence you need to present to the Social Security judge for him or her to award disability benefits, and how to get that evidence, I am proud to say that over the past 40 plus years I have been able to win a very large majority of the claims I have handled.
I make myself personally available to all of my clients and work each claim myself.

Yes, additional payment based on your earnings records in Title II cases will be paid to children under 18 or under 19 and still in high school.
In SSI cases, some states add additional money for children.
Also in SSI cases, if your child is receiving welfare, the amount of welfare received will not be counted as income and is not used to reduce your SSI benefit amount.
It is possible to continue working while your application for disability is pending.
As long as you are not earning in excess of a certain gross monthly amount ($1,170 in 2017) and not performing job activities that contradict your claimed limitations, you can still be found unable to perform what social security call "substantial gainful employment".
