Practice includes commercial and civil litigation, and representation of small businesses, as well as consumers with dispute resolution involving a new product, warranty, or service contract. You need a lawyer who can understand your business and prepare the form contracts you need for use with your customers, clients and vendors. Since 2003, Harry Bradley has been helping clients find effective solutions to legal issues both in and out of the courtroom.

He began his career as a litigator in Indiana and Illinois courtrooms. Harry's practice has focused on various business issues, including sales and service agreements, product warranties, FTC compliance, arbitration agreements, fraudulent sales litigation, and has also represented clients with issues arising under the state commercial code. Additionally, he has represented clients in insurance defense litigation, subrogation and collections.

Fitting the needs of your business, however, doesn't necessarily mean the substantial investment of fitting a custom-tailored suit - you may only need the hem of a cuff or sleeve to achieve the best results for you.

Enthusiastic entrepreneurs can become great business partners over many years, but sometimes they don't.
Diverging interests or waning enthusiasm for the business can lead to squabbles over long term planning, shareholder compensation, or day-to-day operations.
If you have a vehicle under manufacturer's warranty with 3 or more visits to the service department or 30 days or more total out of service due to defects, you likely have a good lemon law claim.
Lemon Laws exist to help you, the consumer, but they're only beneficial if you know what they do and how you use them.
Trust the team at H.C. Bradley LLC to help you navigate these issues.
Begin with Lemon Laws 101 as your introduction to consumer lemon protections, then move through Understanding and Warranties to dispel common myths about Lemon Laws and find out what your real protections are, then finally onto the Refund and Taking Action articles to wield your newfound knowledge against a seller or warrantor that refuses to stand by its products.
It doesn't really matter whether you purchased your product new or used if the warranty is transferrable.
A fully transferrable warranty applies to subsequent owners just as it did to the original purchaser, until it reaches expiration.
Here is the general rule: basic vehicle warranties are fully transferrable, but powertrain warranties and warranties for consumer electronics are not.
You should refer to your product's warranty manual's section on "Who is Covered" for the relevant information regarding transfer to be sure what you have.
