William C. Hoggard is the founding and managing principal of WCH Law Group, P.C.
Mr. Hoggard has over 15 years of experience litigating construction and business related matters, along with counseling clients on a host of corporate issues.
Mr. Hoggard graduated with high honors from California State University, Fullerton in 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
He then went on to law school, graduating from the University of California, Davis in 1997 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Ravi Sudan is an experienced attorney for 33 years (more than 24 years in California) whose astute factual and legal analysis has led to numerous successful pre-trial motion and appellate results.
He has a diverse transactional, litigation, and appellate practice, covering Personal Injury, Business Torts and Public Entity defense, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Contract and Business Disputes, Trade Secrets, and Business Transactions.
He has had a number of cases published, including: Sole Energy Co. v. Hodges (2005) 128 Cal.

Mr. Hoggard secured a settlement of over $1.1 million for a general contractor whose contract had been terminated by a public agency for alleged cause, prior to the completion of the project.
Mr. Hoggard has successfully represented a number of different clients involving claims against unlicensed contractors, where Mr. Hoggard has defeated the unlicensed contractors' claim for payment and/or recouped monies paid to the unlicensed contractors.
In a complex, multi-party business litigation federal case, involving allegations of breach of contract, securities fraud and various statutory violations, Mr. Hoggard defeated a defendant's motion for summary judgment, leading to a multi-million dollar settlement for the client.
