He has successfully provided representation for dozens of governmental investigations, audits and enforcement actions, including those initiated Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and state regulators.
Will focuses his practice on insurance coverage, complex business litigation, and appeals.
Will earned his law degree, with high honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Due to his achievement in moot court, Will was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Lawrence Duke joined the firm following his esteemed clerkships at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where (by popular demand) he clerked for Judges John Tyson, followed by Richard Dietz, Wendy Enochs, and finally with Philip Berger, Jr.
Following in his father Judge W. Russell "Rusty" Duke's footsteps, Lawrence carries on a family tradition of practicing law.
During law school Lawrence excelled in Moot Court and Trial Advocacy, achieving various awards and publication.
He also worked with several North Carolina Offices of District Attorney, assisting with various hearings and trials.
