Upon graduating magna cum laude from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 2003, Mr. Nahoum served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable D. Lowell Jensen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
As a federal clerk, Mr. Nahoum faced a broad range of duties including conducting legal research, preparing bench memos, drafting orders and opinions, proofreading the judge's orders and opinions, verifying citations, communicating with counsel regarding case management and procedural requirements, and assisting the judge during courtroom proceedings.
