My practice diligently serves criminal defendants throughout Central Pennsylvania faced with state and federal charges ranging from DUI to homicide. Primarily, I represent federal criminal defendants charged with serious felony offenses in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
I am familiar with the different local rules that are applied in all 4 federal vicinages; including Harrisburg, Williamsport, Wilkes Barre, and Scranton. In addition to representing private clients for a fee, I have been a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel for many years representing indigent defendants in complex, multiple defendant criminal cases where there is a conflict of interest with the Federal Public Defender.
Each case and every defendant represented by this office is given the same high level of attention regardless of their financial situation. Although my practice is located in Central Pennsylvania, I began practicing in 1984 as a criminal trial attorney with the Assistant District Attorney's office in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
