An Atlanta native, C. Suzette Ellis-Hoyle was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1986 and to the practice of law in New York in 1990.
Ms. Ellis-Hoyle received her B.A. degree in psychology from Emory University in 1983.
She received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from Tulane Law School in 1986.
