Even before attending law school, Rebecca knew she wanted to practice Estate Planning, Probate Estate Administration, Wills and trusts law, Guardianship law, and Elder Law.
She was fortunate to be raised with the help of not only a great-grandmother, but also her maternal grandparents.
Her upbringing surrounded by aging family members helped her develop her passion for assisting the elderly.
Rebecca attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she developed her skills by participating in the Elder Law Clinic and serving as Coordinator of the Pro Bono Wills Project.
Law touches all areas of life, and that is one of the things Brittany has always found most interesting about it.
While she was always interested in estate planning following a great pro bono experience in law school, she dove into the area following the birth of her daughter, to whom she often refers to as her "jr associate."
She loves the process of working one-on-one with clients, developing relationships, providing counseling and education, and then tailoring documents to fit specific needs.
