Daniel Glassman & Nick Zissimopulos have over three decades of experience in Gainesville practicing personal injury, criminal defense, and civil law in Gainesville, Florida. We believe every client matters. We treat our clients the same way we would want to be treated if we were in the same situation. We put clients first. After working in a law office during his school years, Dan Glassman started his law career and stayed here in Gainesville.

For the last twenty years, Dan Glassman has handled auto accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and negligence cases. By the time Nick Zissimopulos started practicing law with Dan Glassman, Nick had been in Gainesville for 8 years completing his undergraduate and law school degrees. For years, Nick and Dan worked closely on civil and criminal defense cases.

It was during these years that it became clear that the two men shared a common vision. Glassman & Zissimopulos believe that attorneys should put clients first. To meet that goal, the firm has three simple rules.

Dan Glassman has spent his entire legal career protecting the rights and interests of individuals who have suffered serious injury and loss.
Since 1995, it has been Dan's passion and privilege to provide aggressive and comprehensive representation to thousands of clients who have sustained damages as a direct result of the wrongful actions of others.
From the initial one-on-one free consultation through completion of a client's claim, Dan does everything legally and ethically possible to maximize a successful outcome for the client.
Before joining Glassman & Zissimopulos, John was a prosecutor in the Alachua County Office.
In prosecuting more than a thousand criminal cases, John has obtained an extensive knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures used by the State in Gainesville, Florida and surrounding areas.
Before graduating, John was the President of both the undergraduate and law school Mock Trial Teams at the University of Florida.
He competed in and won state and national championships which earned him an invitation to start coaching the teams.
In a felony battery case, Glassman & Zissimopulos successfully argued that their client was immune from prosecution under the stand-your-ground.
The case was dismissed by the Court.
In a drug trafficking case, Glassman & Zissimopulos successfully argued that their client's vehicle had been unlawfully searched and that evidence found in the vehicle should not be admissible at trial.
The case was dropped by the State.
Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a young woman who the police accused of disobeying their orders and trespassing.
Resolution for our Client - Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 42 year old man who suffered a neck injury in an automobile collision which resulted in the need for surgery.
Resolution for our Client- Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 29 year old woman who suffered a neck injury in an automobile collision.
Resolution for our Client- Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 49 year old woman who suffered a neck injury in an automobile collision.
Resolution for our Client- Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 48 year old man who suffered a non-surgical shoulder injury in an automobile collision.
