I was born and raised in Wisconsin(yes, I am a Packer fan).
I came to Montana via Missoula where I ran track and cross country for the Griz, I also met my husband there and he played football for the Griz also.
Now, we live in Bozeman, and still are Griz fans, although we do attend the Cat games.
I am a mother of 2 wonderful boys.
I have been with the firm since 2006.
Prior to my employment here, I traveled around the country in a motor home as the sole care giver of a quadriplegic.
In my free time, I like to fish, hunt, ski (water or snow), hike, basically anything out of doors and but most importantly I love spending time with my family.

If, like many landlords, you own or manage only a few rental properties, you are unlikely to have a lawyer on staff or even "on retainer" (where you pay a lawyer in advance to handle routine questions and issues).
Landlords are fundamentally no different than any other type of business owner, aiming to make their business profitable while avoiding liability.
In certain situations, hiring (or consulting with) a lawyer to help you achieve these goals is a smart move.
Many issues tenants face are minor and can be easily resolved by common sense.
