Part of that vision is the team of talented attorneys that he has worked tirelessly to bring together over the years.
As the founding partner of The Cherami Law Firm, Nicholas oversees all aspects of the law firm with a concentration on commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and complex commercial financing including private lender representation.
Daniel Debski joined the firm in 2014 and opened the Bergen County office in Lodi.
Daniel's real estate passion started during college when he interned for a real estate law firm in Clifton, NJ.
Today, Daniel specializes in residential and commercial Real Estate transactional and refinance law, representing first time home buyers and commercial investment clients all over NJ.
Daniel and his team are able to provide legal representation to his clients in Polish and Spanish.
In addition, Daniel can help with liquor license transfers, condominium conversions, zoning and planning board applications.
Stephen Joseph is an associate attorney practicing in the area of real estate and land use, representing developers in their evaluation and acquisition of investment property, as well as municipal land use applications.
He regularly appears before land use boards and historic preservation commissions in order to obtain site plan approvals and variances.
Stephen obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2017.
During law school, Stephen clerked for a leading financial services company in the real estate investments division and for a Hudson County law firm.
