It can offer a more affordable and efficient path to resolution than traditional litigation and may provide opportunities for resolution that may not be available in court.
Time in excess of the minimum scheduling period is billed in 15-minute increments, based on the hourly rate of the service requested.
Pre-mediation time: Pre-mediation review of documents or phone conferences in excess of 15 minutes will be billed to the party making such request, at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
