He attended the University of Mississippi and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance in 1987.
Upon graduation, he attended the University of Mississippi School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 1990.
After graduating from law school, Paul started his practice of law with a large defense firm in 1990.
While his practice there was varied, he concentrated his practice in the areas of bad faith, insurance coverage, motor vehicle accidents, malicious prosecution, premises liability, construction defects and products liability.
