Arbitrations: Few attorneys are experienced in arbitrations, an alternative dispute resolution to litigation.
Our firm is experienced in handling arbitrations and John Hayter has been trained to serve as an arbitrator by the American Bar Association's Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., the largest private alternative dispute resolution provider world which specializes in complex, multiparty, business, commercial and construction claims.
Arbitrations can be scary especially if your attorney is inexperienced in that regard.
