Car accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, or anything where you have been hurt at the fault or negligence of someone else. John Duncan was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2006. Shortly after that, he started working for a small law firm in Payson, Utah, doing collections and construction law. He then moved to Georgia where he obtained his license to practice law there as well.
He worked as in-house counsel doing contracts and UCC article 9 transactions. While serving there he negotiated with large banks to obtain priority liens on business' accounts receivables. In 2010 he moved back to Utah to work for the Bankruptcy Center of Utah. In 2011 he started his practice as a solo practitioner. He enjoys helping clients who have been in injured in automobile accidents and helping them through the process of divorce.
John receives most of his client's through referrals from past clients who have been extremely satisfied with their experience in using him as his lawyer.
