We are the only New Hampshire law firm with a member designated a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). We succeed by devoting the necessary resources to each claim, including a full-time staff of telephone collectors, specially trained paralegals, investigators and other support staff in addition to the efforts of our attorneys.

We are listed and bonded to accept claims from around the world through the following forwarding lists: The General Bar, American Lawyers Quarterly, Columbia Law List, The Forwarders List, General Bar and The National List.
Services
Collections arising from commercial transactions are the core area of our practice.
These include claims for goods or services, claims arising from commercial loan transactions, commercial insurance premium collections as well as claims arising from all other business related debt.
Claims arising from construction require specialized expertise.
These claims often involve mechanic's liens, payment and performance bonds, mandatory arbitration and many other complexities.
We regularly handle these cases on behalf of material suppliers, service providers and other creditors who are owed money arising from a construction project.
We are required to represent the interests of our clients and recognize that those interests may be inherently adverse to yours.
However, we sincerely wish to work with you and/or your legal representative to reach a mutually agreeable resolution in a fair, respectful, courteous and professional manner.
We are able to amicably resolve many of the cases that are placed with us and take pride in working with creditors, debtors, attorneys and other interested parties to come up with practical, pragmatic solutions.
Superior Courts sit in each of New Hampshire's ten counties.
Hillsborough County, being the most populous, is divided into Northern and Southern Districts, with separate Superior Courts in each.
Each of the other nine counties has one facility, usually at or near the County seat.
Superior Courts have general jurisdiction over a wide variety of legal matters.
Their civil jurisdiction applies to all cases above $1,500.
They are the only state trial courts that can hear civil jury trials and the only trial courts that have unlimited power to grant injunctions or other types of equitable relief.
