Law To Go
More and more people are trying to handle their legal issues without the help of an attorney. We try to provide plenty of information on our website to help you figure out what your legal issue is and the steps to take to try to address it yourself. Even if you've done all the research you can think of, you still may feel unsure about drafting your own legal documents.

We can help. We don't represent you, but we'll make sure you have everything you need to accomplish your goals. And if your case is too complicated to handle on your own, we can refer you to an attorney for representation. Once you fill it out and pay, it goes right to an attorney for review. They'll send you the completed documents with step-by-step instructions.

She has a background in journalism and worked for the public defender during law school.
After graduating in 2006, Stephanie was a judicial law clerk and partner in private practice.
In 2010, she became the first and only person to hold the position of Communications Counsel for the Arkansas Supreme Court.
The Court ultimately eliminated the position after five years, leaving Stephanie without a job.
So she opened a candy store!
While that was really fun, it wasn't what she really wanted to do.
We are redesigning our website to provide more information about how to solve your own legal problems.
Keep checking back as we add more "How-To" items and more services you can purchase online.
These costs DO NOT INCLUDE Law to Go's charges to draft your paperwork.
It costs $165.00 to file a lawsuit in Arkansas.
Some counties charge extra fees, so be sure to call first to ask how much the "filing fee" is.
There is also a fee for the summons, which is required for every lawsuit.
The fee is $2.50.
Includes simple will, general power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, letter of last intention, and memorandum of property.
Law to Go will submit your LLC application to the Secretary of State.
This price includes the filing fee.
We will also apply with the IRS for your Employer Identification Number, which is like a social security number for your business.
You will receive a basic Operating Agreement based on the information you provide for LLC formation.
Upon receipt, you may modify the agreement to suit your specific needs.
We draft your paperwork based on what you tell us; give you a checklist of what to do; and tell you what to say in court.
Typically, once you complete the questionnaire and pay for the service, you'll get a complete package in return that should have everything you need to handle your family law issue yourself.
Mention an uncontested divorce in front of an attorney and they'll probably tell you there's no such thing.
That's not true, but most people going through a divorce do have some issues to work out.
We all really need to do our end-of-life planning.
It's not the fun stuff, but it will save a lot of time and money for your loved ones when the time comes.
Not everyone will need complicated documents like trusts, but anyone with two pennies to rub together needs to have some plans in place.
If not, the state will decide for you.
At Law to Go, we can help you with a will package.
That includes a simple will, general power of attorney, and a healthcare power of attorney for only $199.
