A founding member of Olds & Brown, Marcus Olds has aggressively and successfully represented the criminally accused and personal injury victims since 2013.
Marcus focuses on two narrow practice areas with one objective: Winning for clients.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science from Harding University and Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley (Western Michigan University) Law School.
Marcus became fluent in the Spanish language at Harding University and spent two years as an ESL professor at Grayson College.
A founding member of Olds & Brown, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, PLLC, Tim was born in Sherman, Texas and served in the criminal justice field for over 25 years as a Police Officer, Motorcycle Division Supervisor, SWAT Operator, Police Detective, and Federal Task Force Officer.
Tim obtained his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Missouri followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
He next achieved a Juris Doctorate at Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now known as Texas A&M School of Law) where he was a member of Law Review.
