I'm driven to help you start your next chapter in life, whether it's applying for a fiance visa or taking the citizenship test. Towards the beginning of my legal career while still in law school, I thought I was going in a completely different direction. Estate planning was my goal. However, my work with local Catholic charities needed someone to help them with various immigration matters.

As I began working with clients, I quickly realized their tenacity and willingness to risk it all in order to provide themselves with a better life. As a result, I opened my own law firm in 2003 to help those in the Clearwater area with family immigration, business immigration, and citizenship matters. Call my office now to speak with an experienced, caring lawyer.

You want what is best for your family. Whether you're attempting to reunite your family or start a new one, I'll be there to assist you through the process. I have extensive experience with family immigration including consular processing, adjustment of status, I-601 waivers, VAWA, fiance visas, and more.
Services
I have been working exclusively in the field of US immigration law since I was introduced to the field as a volunteer in 1998; it became my passion and has allowed me to help hundreds of clients in the decades since.
My focus has always been on personal service and you will work directly with me, not a paralegal.
My goal is to help clients through the complex maze of immigration laws to a successful outcome.
I work with clients with diverse backgrounds from countries all over the world who have the same dream of reaching for the opportunities that await them in the US.
