Kenton County Attorney's Office
It is the mission of the Kenton County Attorney's Office to provide our community with a safe place to live and work. We seek justice for crime victims, protect our children and elderly from abuse, collect child support to help our children grow, and work with our local elected leaders for the betterment of Kenton County.
Services
The offense must have occurred in Kenton and the person you are filing against but be at least 18 years of age.
If you have a police report, please bring a copy with you and names and contact information of any witnesses.
You can come to our office anytime between the hours of 8:00am-3:30pm to discuss filing a Casey's Law Petition with one of our attorney's.

The Circuit Clerk's Office located in the Kenton County Justice Center at 230 Madison Avenue, Covington KY 41011, handles all Emergency Protective Orders (EPOs) and Domestic Violence Orders (DVO).
Prior to her election Stacy worked as an Assistant County Attorney, where her duties included handling civil matters for Kenton County, representing the Commonwealth in guardianship jury trials, assisting families with Casey's Law and mental health petitions, collecting delinquent property taxes, and prosecuting misdemeanor and traffic offenses.
She is the first woman in Kenton County's history to hold this office.
Stacy has served on several local non-profits and professional organizations, including serving as president of LEGACY, secretary of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, past-president of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association's Young Lawyer Section, as a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber's Board of Directors, and as a member of the Redwood Foundation.
Kenton County Government Academy Now accepting participants for 2022!
As an outreach service to the constituents of Kenton County, citizens are invited to take an inside look into the workings of their county government by participating in the Kenton County Government Academy.
Beginning early January, this ten week course will educate.
We are excited to announce the twentieth annual "Why I Love America" calendar contest.
While originally created as a way for children to express themselves through art after the events of 9/11, the contest continues to provide students with an opportunity to reflect upon the freedoms and responsibilities we have as citizens.
