Our Principal Attorney, Tricia Wang, has practiced law since 1996 and has 25 years of experience. Attorney Wang is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1995, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1997.

Attorney Wang holds a Juris Doctor degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Law degree from Beijing University. She was formerly an Assistant Professor of the Law Department of Xiamen University and an Attorney with Xiamen Second Law Firm, China. She was admitted to the China Bar in 1989. In the area of immigration law practice, we have handled thousands of H1B, Labor Certification/PERM, L1A/L1B, E1/E2, and TN visas for large and small businesses.
