Sliding Scale: The hourly fee and amount of retainer is based on the client's verified gross household income and the complexity of the case.
Fees range from $85 to $150 per hour for full representation.
Initial retainers range from $1,200 to $2,000.
Modest Means: Since 2001, I have devoted a portion of my practice to accepting clients referred to me by the Oregon State Bar's Modest Means Program.
