Our law firm consists of an experienced tax attorney, concentrating in most areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions (both taxable and non-taxable) and tax law. We have two locations - one in Tyler serving the East Texas area and one in Richardson serving the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. We have been working in massive law firms in Houston, Texas and Columbia, South Carolina drafting complex transactions, including international corporate planning and structuring.
Without the monstrous overhead of massive law firms, we are able to keep our rates comparatively low and without the pressure of daunting billable hour quotas, we are able to get to know our clients and their families and take a vested interest in protecting their interests. We assist clients in the pre-acquisition positioning phase, to the letter of intent, through the purchase or merger agreement and then into managing the documents, economics and people after the acquisition.
