After receiving her Texas law license, Paula chose serve, that people of Texas, by providing legal services, to governmental entities.
Paula worked, the Texas Racing Commission for over 15 years, serving not only as agency's first General Counsel, but also it Executive Director.
Paula also provided legal services for Texas Legislative Council, and their Texas Department of Public Safety.
