Stephen J. P. Kupiszewski was born in Lake Whales, Florida.
He came to Arizona in 1981 as an All-American on a swimming scholarship to Arizona State University and was team captain for the 1984-85 season.
Also during the 1984-85 school year, Stephen was president of the Volunteers for Youth program, serving underprivileged children in the Phoenix area.
He graduated with a B.S. in 1986.
Like his father, he attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama graduating in December of 1989.
He came to Arizona in 1981 as an All-American on a swimming scholarship to Arizona State University and was team captain for the 1984-85 season.
