When Attorneys Trust Service (ATS) began in 1991, our goal was to create and deliver the best, most highly customized, estate planning documents available for the clients of California attorneys and financial advisors. That goal still stands, and our success indicates acceptance in the marketplace. Now, we are expanding nationwide with those same principals in mind.
Our original documents (and our proprietary document generation software) were the product of hundreds of hours work with the close assistance of a California Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Currently we are working with a nationally respected trust expert to develop our next generation of revocable and irrevocable trust documents.
ATS is keenly aware of the ethics issues in estate planning, and requires that attorneys and financial advisors subscribe to the codes of ethics that govern their professions. No trusts are prepared without the direct supervision of an experienced attorney licensed in the client's home state.
