AHRMA was sued by Plaintiff which had claimed that AHRMA had breached a contract when AHRMA denied a damages claim made by Plaintiff under a Coverage Agreement following a 2010 storm event.
AHRMA argued that various evidence existed supporting its position that provisions contained within the Coverage Agreement excluded coverage for the Plaintiff's claimed damages.
After deliberating, the jury returned with a defense verdict favoring AHRMA and found that Plaintiff was not provided coverage for its claimed damages.
