He is originally from the Hartford area and graduated from Trinity College with a degree in Economics.
He then went to University of Bridgeport Law School where he met his wife, Judy, and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1988.
Mark and Judy eventually settled in Southbury where they raised two children.
Their daughters now live in Massachusetts, but pup Sammy continues to make noise around the house.
Sammy also frequently accompanies Mark to the office.
