For over thirty years, my staff and I have served the legal needs of small and medium sized business clients. Meeting the variety of legal challenges faced by those in business has been a constant source of interest and satisfaction for us. As the pace of business accelerates due to advances in technology and becomes increasingly difficult because of mounting government regulation and global competition, every business needs the assistance of an experienced legal adviser.
Unfortunately for our business community, the legal world is pushed toward specialization and high profile case work that often leaves a businessman or woman searching in vain for an attorney that can address their particular variety of legal needs. Our law firm prides itself in addressing those unmet legal needs. If you find that your business requires expertise in any of the following areas we invite you to contact us.
I don't work on a contingent fee basis, which means take a percentage of the recovery obtained for the client.

At some point in your business life, you will need the advice of an attorney.
It is our hope that you will seek that advice before your question becomes a problem.
Ultimately, it is more cost effective to properly draft a legal contract than to litigate a contract that is poorly written.
From organizing your business to financing options, lease agreements, real estate purchases, licenses, contracts, collections, personnel matters and government regulatory compliance, "going it alone" is like navigating a minefield.

It is legal to be paid that way and in some instances, the only way a client can afford representation.
In some types of cases, types that I do not typically do, it is almost the only way to get the attorney paid.
I certainly don't oppose them.
HOWEVER, far too often, I seem to see situations where the client perhaps should have had an attorney assist them in deciding whether contingent fee was right for them and, more importantly, the terms of that arrangement.
