Ashly joined the Nayar & McIntyre LLP team in 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant at a non-profit, Hope Services Center, and prior to that was a customer service representative for USCIS.
In addition to overseeing the day to day management of the firm, Ashly assists the attorneys with a wide range of complex immigration cases, including deportation defense, family immigration petitions, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization applications.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant at a non-profit, Hope Services Center, and prior to that was a customer service representative for USCIS.

Ms. Maria McIntyre was born near Columbus, Ohio in 1975.
Her mother is of Vietnamese descent and immigrated to the United States in the late 1960s.
Ms. McIntyre has resided in the Dallas- Fort Worth area since childhood.
She graduated with honors from Texas Christian University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science.
In 2002, Ms. McIntyre earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
Ms. McIntyre realized her passion for U.S. immigration law at an early age.
Her mother is of Vietnamese descent and immigrated to the United States in the late 1960s.
