A substantial portion of Mr. Anderson's practice consists of representing banks, businesses and creditors in litigation matters.
His commercial litigation practice includes the representation of institutional lenders and other clients in the workout of troubled debt and asset recovery and the representation of parties in intra-and inter-corporate litigation.
Mr. Anderson is certified by the American Board of Certification in Business and Bankruptcy Law.
He represents creditors in all aspects of chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. O'Rourke has been a Partner and Director of the Firm since 1993.
Mr. O'Rourke regularly represents both insured and self-insured Defendants in a wide variety of liability actions in a statewide practice.
He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict, and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience in all Vermont State and Federal Courts.
Mr. O'Rourke's primary practice area is defense litigation representing individuals and businesses in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, and professional responsibility matters.
Ms. Glynn's practice includes representing financial institutions in lending transactions, and institutional lenders and other clients in the workout of troubled debt, asset recovery, and foreclosure proceedings.
She advises businesses of all sizes in the areas of business entity formation, commercial lending, contract preparation and review, commercial real estate and general commercial law.
Ms. Glynn has many years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
She also advises healthcare clients in many areas, including compliance and contracts.
Ms. Bove's practice consists of representing insured individuals, institutions and employers in the defense of lawsuits.
Ms. Bove also advises health care institutions in regulatory compliance.
Ms. Bove has a robust intellectual property practice, specifically in the area of obtaining federal trademarks for her clients.
While studying at Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Bove participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in foreclosure actions.
She also served as a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.
Mr. Robbason handles civil litigation in State and Federal Court.
He has handled jury and bench trials, written appellate briefs and argued appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court.
His litigation experience includes cases pertaining to construction defects, construction contract disputes, the Vermont Prompt Pay Act, personal injury, property damage, wrongful death claims, insurance coverage, dram shop act, premises liability, automobile liability, lender recovery, and subrogation.
Mr. Robbason is also experienced in providing general advice to corporations and financial institutions, and in providing advice to creditors in Bankruptcy matters in Vermont and New York (Northern District).
