I am one of the founding partners at Ward & Glass.
I have represented plaintiffs across the State of Oklahoma for the past 25 years and litigated cases for Oklahomans who have been victimized by medical negligence, employment discrimination, insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death.
I believe in an aggressive but professional and ethical approach to the practice of law and this has led to favorable recoveries for my clients.
My partner, Stan Ward, and I obtained the largest employment discrimination verdict ($61 million) for an individual plaintiff in the Western District of Oklahoma in the case of Hackworth v. Progressive Insurance Company.
I am a trial lawyer who primarily practices in the areas of contracts, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, employment law, and property disputes.
I joined Ward & Glass in 2016, and have litigated a wide range of civil cases.
