Bruce Lin is a technical analyst who assists clients in a wide range of intellectual property evaluation and monetization matters.
Bruce has extensive experience helping Taiwanese and Chinese companies evaluate and monetize their intellectual property assets.
Bruce holds a Ph.
D. from the University of Arizona in Systems Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from Tung-Hai University in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Prior to VBL, Bruce worked for Transpacific IP where he helped Taiwan based companies monetize their intellectual property.

This includes (1) working with the clients to locate and produce documents in the most cost effective manner, (2) gathering responsive evidence from the opposition and/or third parties, and (3) staging all relevant evidence for the client and attorneys searching, access, and use.
Responsible for all evidentiary and exhibit preparation for trials and dispositive motions.
This includes (1) working closely with the court and opposition in preparing exhibits and presentation of materials to the jury, (2) managing all evidence for witnesses on cross-exam and direct-exam, and (3) supporting the attorneys with access to and presentation of exhibits and evidence during trial and hearings.
