Selling or buying property-Sometimes having a good real estate agent, salesperson, or broker is only part of the solution to a successful real estate transaction.
Other times, the parties don't need the assistance of a broker, and only need help preparing or reviewing standard forms.
Drafting estate plans-our services include drafting various types of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives.
If you're not sure what the difference is between a GRIT, a GRAT, or a GRUT, don't worry-we'll explain what your options are and meet with you in person to discuss your goals and what all of these terms mean.
Probate-if you've recently lost a loved one who may or may not have had a valid will, you might be wondering what your next steps are.
Please come in for a consultation and we'll explain the probate process, including what's involved, how long it takes, and what it costs.
