Afterward, he attended Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate degree (1991-1995) before commencing law school here in Florida in 1996 at Barry University School of Law (graduating cum laude - honors).
In 1994 and 1995 respectively, Shon was inducted in the Kappa Tau Alpha and Golden Key National Honor Societies.
