David Brown is a partner with ROLF and focuses his practice on assisting our clients with receivables, debt collection, revenue cycle, and Medicaid entitlement and appeals.
Prior to joining ROLF, David ran the Cleveland office of one of the nation's largest creditors rights firms.
He has significant experience in commercial collections and complex litigation.
Margaret Chamberlain is a partner with ROLF and focuses her practice in the areas of health care regulatory compliance, including interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies, state and federal enforcement appeals, developing corporate compliance programs, State Attorney General licensing and/or criminal investigations, Medicare and Medicaid civil and criminal fraud concerns, and professional licensing.
Prior to beginning her legal career over 20 years ago, Margaret was a social worker who provided services in several skilled nursing facilities.
Michele Conroy is a partner with ROLF and focuses her practice in the areas of health care regulatory compliance, including all aspects of licensure, certification, informal dispute resolution and administrative appeals, and the development of healthcare policies.
She also practices in the area of Certificate of Need, from drafting applications through the appeal process.
Michele spent almost 20 years working as a registered nurse, which provides her with a unique perspective on various issues affecting health care providers.
Ms. Girard is a registered nurse with master's degree in Nursing Education.
She has been part of the nursing home industry for over 25 years, serving twelve years as a Director of Nursing.
Her focus is to ensure regulatory compliance by developing and implementing education for long term care professionals and frontline staff.
She is also an adjunct professor at Montcalm Community College where she teaches laboratory and clinical for nursing foundation.
As a certified Resident Assessment Coordinator, Angela can provide training and assistance on the accuracy and completion of the Minimum Data Set.
