Eric Nesbitt is a man of integrity, vast experience (more than 20 years), who has an exceptional knowledge of the law.
We hired him for two separate matters.
Impeccable ethics and an unparalleled work ethic make him an outstanding attorney who is capable, meticulous, and diligent.
He is a straight-talker who will not tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to know.
I highly recommend him, and feel fortunate to have him on our team.
I contacted Mr. Nesbitt to help me with the legal battles of purchasing my deceased fathers house.
Property owners and tenants - both residential or commercial - have legal obligations, rights, and opportunities.
We'll help you comply with Colorado real estate law as you protect and pursue your interests.
We handle both residential and commercial real estate situations.
On the residential side, these primarily involve contract drafting and review, landlord-tenant disputes, and boundary/easement issues.
Those same issues arise in the commercial world, along with more extensive contractual issues, title matters, HOA conflicts, and real estate investment concerns (e.g., 1031 exchanges).
