He also assists individuals qualify for Medicaid Long Term Care and other government benefits, including Veteran Administration Aid and Attendance.

In this role, Theresa looks after all aspects of managing Heritage Law including making appointments invoicing and receiving payments, keeping the candy dishes stocked, and basically anything else that needs doing.
Since joining the firm, Theresa's duties have expanded significantly and she is often asked to wear the hat of a paralegal to assist with client intake, document drafting, court filings, and client correspondence.
