Ann came to the Craddick office in 2015.
A graduate of St. Louis University (B.S.N., 1978) and Santa Clara University (J.D., 1995), she was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and the Colorado Bar in 1996.
She specializes in trial practice, medical malpractice defense and hospital liability defense.
Ann is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Colorado and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
She has also been awarded the prestigious AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed as a Northern California Super Lawyer yearly since 2009.

Brad first joined the Craddick office in 2003 and returned to the firm in 2018.
His practice focuses on defending health care professionals and entities in professional liability and premises liability matters; healthcare industry employment matters; and business and homeowner premises liability defense.

During law school, Nicole worked at Sloane & Walsh, a civil defense litigation firm, as a law clerk while attending classes at night.
Following the bar exam, she moved to the Bay Area to begin her legal career.
Prior to joining Craddick, Candland & Conti, Nicole worked as an associate at Van de Poel, Levy, Allen & Arneal, LLP and McNamara, Ney, Beatty, Slattery, Borges & Ambacher, LLP.

Prior to focusing on medical malpractice, John practiced in a broad range of substantive legal areas including defense of civil rights claims, public entities, premises liability, personal injury, and workers compensation claims.
His current practice focuses primarily on defense of health care professionals and entities in professional liability matters in civil trials, binding arbitrations and appeals.
He studied English Literature at the University of California Los Angeles.
