This session is the first initial step in our process. Attorney Michael Monteforte will sit with you and determine if a Medicaid application is right for you. Determine where you would like the long-term care to take place, at home or in a nursing home. If you decide to use a nursing home, select which one you would like. After a proper review, MassHealth will determine your eligibility for long-term care benefits.
