Mr. Hodum has been engaged in the practice of law since 1986.
He has appeared before State courts throughout Tennessee and Mississippi in both bench trials and jury trials.
During his career, Mr. Hodum first served as an Assistant District Attorney General for the Tenth Judicial District inEast Tennessee.
After consultation with one of our attorneys, you will be quoted a retainer amount.
We have no set retainer amount; instead, our retainers are based upon the individual facts of each case.
For example, an uncontested divorce or a first-offense D.U.I. will likely have a lower initial retainer than a contested divorce or a third-offense D.U.I. with a possession charge.
All our retainers are non-refundable and each client must sign a Retainer Agreement which sets forth the rights and obligations of the client and of The Hodum Law Office, Pllc.
