Since launching Connor & Connor, [the firm] has been critical in helping their clients navigate local cannabis and business laws. Derek J. Connor Esq. was born and raised in Alaska where his family operated a small business. Following high school Derek served on active duty in the United States Navy from 2000-2004 aboard amphibious landing ship, USS Comstock.

While serving in the Navy, Derek was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2001-2002 and Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2004. After being discharged from active duty, Derek attended New Mexico State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, with Honors.
